Newcastle Intermediaries improves its identification & verification process
We are continually reviewing our process to ensure that we provide the best level of service for both you and your client. With this in mind we are enhancing our identification and verification process (ID&V) and these changes will come into effect from Monday 3rd October 2016.
From this date we will be introducing a new system to carry out the ID&V checks for both you and any administrators working with you. Please note that all administrators will need to be individually registered.
Please ensure that you register your administrator with the correct level of authority, detailed below are the two administrator options.
- Full Administrator - this functionality allows the individual to submit cases and make amends
- Read Only - this functionality will only allow the individual access to case updates
From Monday 3rd of October the new ID&V process will be operational and if you or your administrator are not correctly registered we will be unable to provide any case specific information until this has been completed.
