Buy to let proposition refresh
Following the recent refresh of our buy to let mortgage proposition to reduce rates by up to 0.16%, we are now extending the end dates on these portfolios.
A two year fixed rate product is currently available at 2.65% (5.5% APRC) with an early repayment charge of 2% until 30th April 2021 and 1% until 30th April 2022.
For those looking to fix for longer, a five year product is available at a fixed rate of 2.86% (4.8% APRC). This includes an early repayment charge of 5% until 30th April 2021, 4% until 30th April 2022, 3% until 30th April 2023, 2% until 30th April 2024 and 1% until 30th April 2025.
Both of these two and five year fixed products come with no product fees, a free standard valuation and £500 cashback.
