Packaging a case for success
As we continue to experience high levels of demand for our products we are focussed on maintaining a good level of service for you and your clients. To help make your application process as simple and speedy as possible, we've put together some top tips for a successful application.
- Check our criteria ‑ before submitting an application, make sure you check our criteria to ensure we can help your clients with their mortgage requirements. Alternatively please contact your BDM
- Calculate affordability ‑ use our affordability calculator to determine whether we can lend your clients what they need
- Provide full applicant details ‑ on occasion, your DIP may be referred to our underwriters. Please provide all relevant client information to support our underwriters and help your client
- Follow the application checklist ‑ to speed up the application process, make sure to package the applications to our standard requirements
- Additional information ‑ following submission we may ask for additional information, please send this to us as promptly as possible, to ensure a smooth journey for your clients
- Only call our Intermediary Support Team if urgent ‑ with all of our colleagues working from home, and some balancing home schooling, we are a little slower in answering calls at the moment. To support us we'd appreciate if you only called for an application update that is absolutely necessary. Automatic updates and case tracking are still being provided.

You'll need to be registered with us to place your cases. Registering is quick and straightforward with five key steps. We will ask you to:
- Read and accept our terms of business
- Provide your own personal details including the FCA number for your firm
- Confirm your address details and which club / network you are a member of
- Set up your user name, password and security question for future login
- We will then confirm that your application is complete
