That's why we have enhanced our Help to Buy proposition with refreshed end dates on our existing range, whilst also adding a remortgage product available up to 95% LTV.
This unique product is designed to support customers who would like to remortgage their existing mortgage and use the equity in their home to repay their equity loan.
Remortgage exclusive key features
- 3.55% Fixed Rate until 31.01.2024 (4.0% APRC) with no product fees
- Early repayment charge of 2% until 31.01.2023 and 1% until 31.01.2024
- Available up to 95% LTV
- £1,000 cashback to assist with the costs of repaying the Government equity loan
- Free Standard Valuation on properties up to £500k
- 10% overpayments per annum, plus £499 regular monthly overpayments
In addition, to support First Time Buyers purchasing their home we have the following purchase products available.
Two Year Fixed
- 2.19% Fixed Rate until 31.01.2024 (3.7% APRC) with no product fees
- Early repayment charge of 2% until 31.01.2023 and 1% until 31.01.2024
Five Year Fixed
- 2.49% Fixed Rate until 31.01.2027 (3.5% APRC) with no product fees Early repayment charge of 5% until 31.01.2023, 4% until 31.01.2024, 3% until 31.01.2025, 2% until 31.01.2026 and 1% until 31.01.2027
Both products offer a free standard valuation on properties up to £500k and a £500 cashback to help with costs.
