Conveyancing Update Improvements

At Newcastle Intermediaries we are pleased to assist your clients with their legal fees on several of our Residential and Buy to Let mortgage products.
In an improvement to the current service, LMS, our Conveyancing Panel, have recently developed an online case update system, allowing you to instantly access the status of your client's application. Simply enter the lender, borrower surname and conveyed postcode.
The online system offers the status and completion of the following:
- Case accepted
- Borrowers' questionnaire received
- Mortgage offer received
- Funds requested
- Completion
- Plus, an expected completion date will be indicated based on current average processing times
