We also know that time is precious, so our teams have created five top tips for a successful application to help make the process as simple, speedy and smooth as possible.
- Check our criteria - before submitting an application, make sure you check our criteria to ensure we can help your clients with their mortgage requirements. Alternatively please contact your BDM
- Calculate affordability - use our affordability calculator to determine whether we can lend your clients what they need
- Provide full applicant details - on occasion, your Decision in Principle (DIP) may be referred to our underwriters. Please provide all relevant client information to support our underwriters and help your client
- Follow the application checklist - to speed up the application process, make sure to package the applications to our standard requirements
- Additional information - following submission we may ask for additional information. Please email this to us as promptly as possible to ensure a smooth journey for your clients

- Read and accept our terms of business
- Provide your own personal details including the FCA number for your firm
- Confirm your address details and which club / network you are a member of
- Set up your user name, password and security question for future login
