1. Check our criteria
Before submitting an application, make sure you check our criteria to ensure we can help your clients with their mortgage requirements. Alternatively, you can speak to your BDM for more information.
2. Calculate affordability
To reduce unnecessary delays in submitting your application, use our affordability calculator to determine whether we can lend your clients what they need.
3. Provide client circumstances
When submitting a Decision in Principle this may, on occasion be referred to our underwriters. Please let us know as much information about your clients as possible. This will ensure our team can use their expertise and flexible approach to help you and your clients as quickly as possible.
4. Follow the application requirements
We always listen to your feedback to shape our services and make submitting business easier for you. With that in mind, we have minimised the number of documents we need for your clients to progress to offer. To speed up the application process, make sure to package the applications to our standard requirements.
5. Additional information
Try to send additional requirements as promptly as possible. On occasions, on receipt of your application we may need to ask for information beyond our standard requirements. Your quick response means we can issue your client's offer as soon as possible.
