We're pleased to announce the launch of our range of competitive Buy to Let products to support your landlord clients buying a property to let. Rates start at a competitive 2.46% fixed until 31.03.2023 (APRC 5.5%) and 2.49% fixed until 31.03.2026 (APRC 4.7%).
Key features:
- Both 2 and 5 year products available
- Choice of fee assisted products with a free valuation
- 10% overpayments, in addition to the £499 regular monthly overpayments already permitted
- The rental calculation on our five year fixed products are assessed on 145% at 4% on an Interest Only basis (products with a term of less than 5 years are assessed on 145% at 5.5%)
- Maximum 75% LTV on mortgages up to £500,000

2 Year
- 2.46% Fixed Rate until 31.03.2023 (5.5% APRC) which comes with no product fees and a free standard valuation (on properties up to £500k)
- Early repayment charge of 2% until 31.03.2022 and 1% until 31.03.2023
5 Year
- 2.49% Fixed Rate until 31.03.2026 (4.7% APRC) with £1,499 fee
- 2.70% Fixed Rate until 31.03.2026 (4.7% APRC) which comes with no product fees and a free standard valuation (on properties up to £500,000)
- Early repayment charge of 5% until 31.03.2022, 4% until 31.03.2023, 3% until 31.03.2024, 2% until 31.03.2025 and 1% until 31.03.2026 for both 5 year products
All of our cases are individually underwritten and we have no maximum age criteria with a mortgage term of up to 25 years, to help find a deal to best suit your client's needs.
