As we continue to experience high levels of demand for our products we are focused on maintaining a good level of service for you and your clients. To help make your application process as simple and speedy as possible, we've put together some top tips for a successful application.
- Check our criteria - before submitting an application, make sure you check our criteria to ensure we can help your clients with their mortgage requirements. Alternatively please contact your BDM
- Calculate affordability - use our affordability calculator to determine whether we can lend your clients what they need
- Provide full applicant details - on occasion, your DIP may be referred to our underwriters. Please provide all relevant client information to support our underwriters and help your client
- Follow the application checklist - to speed up the application process, make sure to package the application to our standard requirements
- Additional information - following submission we may ask for additional information. Please send this to us as promptly as possible to ensure a smooth journey for your clients
