To submit business to Newcastle Building Society simply follow the steps below.
Step 1
Review our website to understand our lending policy, what products are available and how to submit an application. If you are still unsure please give us a call on 0845 602 2338.
Step 2
Assessing loan to criteria. For standard applications within our normal lending policy a DIP is not required. To assess if a DIP is required please refer to the DIP Criteria form. If a DIP is required simply download and complete a Decision In Principle form and return it to intermediary.lending@newcastle.co.uk.
Step 3
Submitting an application. Complete the appropriate application form and ensure the application is signed by both broker and client. Our helpful checklist will advise what documentation is required for each case. In order for your application to be processed swiftly it is important that all required documentation along with a fully completed application form are returned to Newcastle Building Society, Intermediary Services, Portland House, New Bridge Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8AL.
We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours. Once your fully packaged case is received it will be allocated to an administrator with the view to issuing an offer. You will receive regular updates from one of our sales administrators or alternatively you can use the online case tracking facility by logging on to www.newcastleis.co.uk.
Stage 4
Your remuneration. Any procuration fees outstanding will be issued within 28 days of completion of the loan.
